Microsoft released a number of updates for the December 12, 2006 Security Bulletin. Visit Windows Update or check with your IT department about these bulletins. These bulletins affect a number of products from Internet Explorer to Visual Studio on Windows 2000 and up to Windows Server 2003. They can allow remote code execution which implies a sense of urgency on our part to remediate these issues as soon as possible. All standard cautions should apply, take extra care with your web browsing, email and computer system use.
